Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Hello folks......My name is Minx!  I'm a 7 year old beautiful brindle girl!  I was adopted from a shelter but my adoptive family soon realized that I'm not a fan of felines.  That's the reason I found myself now in the LSBR program.  

I'm a sweet girl who enjoys the company of other dogs but I must say that I have more of a dominant personality so I would do well in a home with other dogs that allow my bossy nature!  

Two of my favorite things are cuddling and kids!  I would absolutely love a home full of children that I could adore and play with!!!
