Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

ADOPTION PENDING!

My name is Roby and I'm a sweet 3 year old boxer girl who loves everyone I come into contact with. My foster mom reports that I have never met a stranger and I greets every new person with a plethora of kisses!
I love playing outside, fetching balls and running around with my canine foster brother. I am a snuggler who loves to cuddle up with my people whenever I can.  I do very well with the two small children in my home, as well as my foster family's cat.  My foster mom also reports that I'm extremely smart and learned a few basic commands in only one day! I am light heartworm positive, but don't let that deter you from taking me home.  With  my regular heartworm preventative each month, I should test negative soon!  

I am looking for a wonderful forever family who will shower me with love, belly rubs, kisses and kindness. Won't you consider making me a part of your family?
