Howdy Folks! I'm Dalton, a long, tall Texan looking for a homestead. I don't have much of a reputation for myself, but you don't have to worry about me being an outlaw like that Dalton Gang leader! I'm just a young 'un trying to find my way here in the Wild West. A while back, I landed in some kind of jailhouse called a shelter, and I was really, really sick. The jailhouse people contacted Lone Star Boxer Rescue and they sure did came to my rescue. I knew I was in luck when I heard that name, Lone Star - true Texas! Yes 'um, they fetched me, doctored me and today I'm feeling frisky and ready for action. My favorite things are playin', runnin', rollin' in the green grass and lovin' on Texas people. I hope to find some sort of purpose in this life, like being an obedient companion, but I'm gonna need some help with that. If you see one of those posters tacked to a fence posted with my picture on it, it will read ..... "Wanted, A Family to Love". So mosey on over and fill out an application so you can meet me. I reckon I have lots of potential and you've got the opportunity to be a real Texas hero!
