Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

My name is Holly, and I was brought into the LSBR program around Christmas (hence my name!). I wasn't feeling very well at first, but my wonderful foster mom took care of me, and now I'm a new girl! I'm a pretty reverse brindle, which means that I have lighter stripes on a dark coat, and I have beautiful white markings, don't you think? I love to play, and I get along with other dogs really well. I could care less about cats, but it doesn't mean i can't be friends with one... eventually. I'm a little angel - don't you want to take me home?
