Dante is a big boy -- a young adult boxer who loves to greet people in a very boisterous manner -- think Dino greeting Fred Flintstone on the old cartoon show. Dante and his sister Darcy were confiscated by the SPCA from their owner because of severe neglect. Both had bad cases of heartworm (and both have SUCCESSFULLY completed heartworm treatment). Dante can jump a fence and is a little on the wild side (no previous obedience training). He wants very much to be loved and wants to give love in return. We are looking for a special family who are willing to work with our trainer to complete Dante's rehabilitation. Dante and his sister are scheduled to be featured on "Animal COPS: Houston" sometime soon.
