Howdy folks......my name is Jax and I'm a handsome cowboy from the Huntsville area. I had been given to a family but, unfortunately, their landlord would not allow them to keep me so I was surrendered.
Admittedly, I was nervous and reserved at first. I didn't know what was going on. I was confused! After a few days with the nice people at LSBR, I started coming out of my shell. I feel safe now and I know they're going to help me find a new forever home!
Let me tell you a little about myself. I'm approximately 3 1/2 years old. I am house broken and, most likely crate trained.....I've been doing well in the crate where I'm being vetted. I'm not familiar with basic commands but that doesn't mean I can't learn! I appear to be a calm and gentle boy who is dog friendly. I haven't been observed around kids but I think I would like them just fine! I have also not been observed around cats.
This is an exciting time for me! I know that the perfect family for me is out there somewhere and I can't wait for them to find me!!
