Hi....my name is Gretchen and I'm the young mother of three new borns! Boy was I ever glad that LSBR came to my rescue! Some concerned neighbors called the animal shelter about me after I was abandoned at a house when the tenants moved out. Caring for my babies all alone in the cold was not easy! Like any mother, I made sure my babies ate but as you can see, I went without.
Now that I'm in the LSBR program, they are working diligently to help me gain weight and get heathy once again! My foster mom has so many good things to say about me. She says that I'm a 'gem'......I'm very sweet, house trained, leash trained and knows commands such as 'sit', 'shake', 'speak' and 'down'. I'm a fast learner, quiet and well behaved!
