Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

ADOPTION PENDING!!!!

Hello Houston....Chica here!  I'm a sweet 5 year old fawn girl with pretty markings!  I was adopted in 2013 but recently returned to LSBR due to my owners living arrangements.

I'm just about as perfect as you can get....an easy pup!  I'm house broken and crate trained but if left out of my crate, I do just fine.  I'm also good with other dogs and kids of all ages.  I haven't been evaluated around cats.

When I'm not lounging and relaxing, I enjoy playing with my toys and going for a ride in the car!  I also enjoy the occasional treat!

So, as you can see, Im a real catch!  I'm going to make a wonderful new addition to a nice family out there.....could that be your home?!!!
