My name is Gisele, and I am as lovely as my name. I was found by a Good Samaritan a couple of months ago, and I was in very bad shape. He has taken such good care of me, but now it's time for me to find my own home. I'm a boxer mix, most likely about two years old. I did belong to someone at some time in my life, because I'm well-trained - although not well cared for. I know several commands, I'm house trained and I tolerate a crate (but I'd much rather be outside of it). I have not yet learned that it's not a good idea to climb over a fence, so I'll need to be watched while outside. But I like to be watched, anyway! I get nervous when left alone, but I think it's just a matter of getting accustomed to the idea that I'm not ever going to be abandoned again. If you have children or other dogs, I'll be a great companion for them. I don't know about cats, but we might give them a try. I like playing, and I'm nuts about riding in a car. I just love being with people! I may not be a super model, but I am one terrific girl that deserves a chance for the good life.
