Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

I was name Lolita, but everyone who loves me (and everyone does!) calls me Lola. And remember, whatever Lola wants, Lola gets! You might remember my mom, Charity. Well, I am nine months old now, and I am full of energy and love to play! In fact, I would be the happiest if I could go to a family that has another dog I could hang around with. I listen well, I am smart and I learn things quickly. Plus I am crate and house trained. Sometimes, when I get excited (well, OK, I get excited a lot!), my whole body goes into this amazing shake. (It’s pretty darn cute!) I also love, love, love to cuddle. I think you’re thinking right now that I would be perfect for you — and I think your thinking would be absolutely right!
