Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Hi folks - My name is Lulu and I'm a very young girl of about 10 months to 1 year.  I recently found myself all alone in the world and I really don't know how that happened!  All I know is that I'm so thankful that a nice family found me and took me into their home and under their wing so to speak! 

Now, I'm very happy and anxiously awaiting my forever home!  So I've been getting ready for my new home.  I'm already house broken and crate trained.  My foster mom says that I'm very caring and lovable and I listen very well to commands.  I love other animals as well as people of all ages!  My favorite pasttimes are snuggling and playing fetch!  If you have snuggling, playing fetch and going for walks in your future, then I am your soulmate!
