Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.
Prime is a sweet boy who was picked up as a stray by a good samaratin and brought to their home with their older dog Sparky. He spends most of his time outside right now, playing in the back yard with his toys and his new friend. He loves attention, is a snuggle buddy, and gets along with all kinds of people. He is all puppy! He has never been introduced to cats, but at such an early age anything is possible. Prime deserves a good home with parents who are on board to crate train, housetrain, and be willing to work with a dog who may grow up to be a big boy.
