Hi there! I am a prince of a guy named Riggs. I’m a boxer mix…just not quite sure what the mix is! But it doesn’t matter, because no matter what my heritage is, nothing changes the fact that I am a very sweet boy. I am recovering from a pretty severe case of demodex – it was so bad that the shelter where I was staying was going to put me down. Yikes! Thank goodness for the folks at LSBR who pulled me from the shelter and made sure I was well cared for.
I can be a little timid when first introduced to people but I warm up quickly. I also get a bit nervous, especially with loud noises, unexpected movements – well, things scare me sometimes. But once I know I’m safe, I settle down quite nicely. But let’s get to the really good stuff: I am house and crate trained, I get along well with dogs and cats, and best of all, I am a super cuddler! I have put on some weight since I’ve been living with my wonderful foster family, so I‘m regaining my good looks. I feel like I have been given this incredible opportunity for a new life – won’t you share it with me?
