Nela is a four-year-old female brindle boxer who was rescued from a shelter in Austin. She is a happy and friendly girl who loves people and gets along well with other dogs. However, she can be a bit timid when first meeting new dogs, but warms up quickly after being properly introduced. Nela has not been tested around children or cats. She is house and crate trained, walks well on a leash, and is progressing nicely with her basic obedience training. She is heartworm positive and will be undergoing treatment soon. This sweet girl wants nothing more than a forever home and a family to shower her with the love she deserves.
