Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.
Please Note: This animal is listed as a courtesy to another organization. Please be sure to contact the foster/caretaker for more information about her.
My name is Gretchen, and I like to think that I am every bit as gorgeous and exotic as Gretchen Mol (although not as tall or rich!). But we both do have that beautiful dark hair. I am about five to six years old, and I am housebroken. I also know how to sit and stay like a perfect little lady. I like all dogs, adore kids and pretty much get along with everyone. I may be “middle aged,” but I still have lots of energy and love to play! If you want a pretty, sweet girl, you need look no further than Gretchen! Please contact my caretaker to give me a home!
