Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Cute-cute-cute! That's me! I'm Kayla, and I'm about six to eight weeks old. Yep - a puppy! I'm a boxer mix (heavy on the boxer, thank you very much) and I am the life of the party! I'm working on house and crate training, it's a hard concept, but I'm cathing on. Obviously I like other dogs, and I definitely like my own toys or any toys for that matter. I also love kids, shoes, feet - anything I can get my little jaws around! And apparently I can even learn to love cats, whatever they are! I'm young, I'm precious, I'm ready - come take me home!
