Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Learn more about the Boxer.

Molly is a pretty female between three and four years of age. She gets along quite well with male dogs but has not been introduced to females yet. She seems to do OK with cats, typically having a staring contest with them but not taking it any further. Molly is great with children. She is very good in a crate and is neither a jumper nor a digger. She is not hyper, but Molly does love to play. Her favorite pastimes are exercising and finding someone to pet her. She is heartworm positive, and after she is spayed she will begin her heartworm treatment. Molly will be so happy to find a family to take her home and give her lots of affection.
