Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Hi my name is Daisy and I’m a sweet boxer girl. In fact, my foster mom says I’m the “Miss Congeniality” of my foster neighborhood because I love to play and I get along really well with everyone. Big dogs, little dogs, girl dogs, boy dogs, human kids, you name it and I’m ready to play. When I’m not playing I like to hang out with my foster human and dog family. My foster family says I’ve passed Dog-101, which I guess means I know how to behave in the house, I come when called, I sit and wait when told to and I walk very nicely on a leash. (I love to go for walks and sometimes we even go for a run which is really fun). When I’m left completely by myself I get really lonely and it upsets and scares me so I hope I get adopted by a family that has dogs and kids for me to play with.
