My name is Lila, and I was rescued with Eli. We are true soul mates, and we even like to eat out of the same bowl at the same time. Lila is a traditional Indian name meaning “beauty,” and I do think it’s a good fit for me. Not that I’m vain, but I know I’m just as beautiful inside as out. I’m three years old and have been able to hang on to my natural tail. I get along with other dogs (especially Eli!), and I’m house and crate trained. I’m not sure about children or cats, but I’m sure we’ll discover that soon enough. In a perfect world, Eli and I would share our forever home, but I hope we both find wonderful families to live with, even if we have to be apart.
