Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Someone just told me I wasn't really a lap dog, and I just looked at them like they had lost their mind. Hellooooooo? I'm Libby, and what else would you want to do with a little girl that is adorable as I am? I'm 11 months old, gorgeous, precocious and sweet to boot. I was rescued from a potential life of nothing but breeding by a wonderful couple, and I am so grateful! So now all I want to do is wag my tail and play and, yes, cuddle! I get along with dogs and children, and I'm house and crate trained. I'm going to make someone an awesome pet, so I hope I get to find my new family very soon! I just know there is a lap waiting for me somewhere...
