Look at me - I'm Misty. And although I am not "as helpless as a kitten up a tree," I would sure be happier if you would complete my rescue and give me a home of my own. I used to have a home, but there were way too many of us, so my owners turned me in to a local shelter. I do have to tell you one thing. I'm not saying exactly what happened, but I did something very foolish one time that cut my back up pretty badly. So I have a scar, but it doesn't detract from the beautiful brindle girl I am. I'm about one and a half, and I like other dogs and kids. I also just realized that I think cats are OK, too. I'm crate and house trained, and most of all, I am a sweetheart. I will get misty if you take me home with you!
